At Mane, we want you to love your hair tools and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all original components, including cords and attachments, are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
